AItrainr. Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your AItrainr account and the data associated with it.

This page applies to the AItrainr mobile app, published by Jordan Sheffield. You can delete your account from inside the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have it installed.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

Open AItrainr and make sure you're signed in.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap Delete account, then tap again to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email hello@aitrainr.app from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll verify the request comes from that address and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

We ask you to write from your account's own email address so that nobody else can delete your account on your behalf.

What gets deleted

Your cloud backup — workouts and logged sets, bodyweight entries, daily check-ins, logged meals, trainer memory, your Personal Trainer conversation, and app settings	Permanently deleted

Data stored on your phone	Removed when you delete the app, or immediately when you delete your account from within it

What we keep, and for how long

We keep no backup copy of your training data after deletion.
Routine server logs may retain a record of requests for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, after which they are discarded.
We may retain records required by law or for tax and accounting purposes, such as proof of a purchase, for as long as the law requires.

Cancelling your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, because billing is handled by the app store rather than by us. Cancel AItrainr Pro in your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings before deleting your account.
